There are 20 spaces 55x100 on 2.5 ac. with an additional 5 ac. of open space around the MH lots. All lots have city util. and are individually metered and the residents pay their own utils. They are also on city sewer. All residents make pymts. at a local bank that go directly into my acct. I have owned this park 20 yrs. and was selling it on contract when the Buyer died unexpectedly.
